Norway is facing its biggest changes in the use of ICT in health care. New services such as ePrescription, the core patient journal, and national health portal will be very important in the future. This is in line with global trends and we believe we have lot to share and learn in a global setting like this seminar.
eHealth, Healthcare IT, Healthcare 2.0 are concepts which now attach themselves in all aspects of health in Norway. How do we take seriously our patients’ use of web and apps to support their treatment? How can we integrate this in a public health care system? We will focus on how new technology can play a role in a public health system and you will get the chance to see the latest solutions for healthcare. In addition, we will have a tailored program for the Norwegian participants where we visit well-known companies in Silicon Valley.
We will facilitate discussions and presentations among the participants, and we know by experience that these seminars also provide great benefits for the participants based on internal discussions within the group sported on common experiences.
